-:strike:-

SO I've been on strike from this blogger thing--for nearly a month now.
Much has happened. Many things have been felt...
I kindda feel like I have been through the firing squad... but the good news is that there is light at the end of the tunnel... I am almost out... and so far appear unharmed.
This month has also been one of great blessing. The two seem to travel hand in hand. I wonder why that is...

Onto the blessings--where to start:
Well back a few weeks ago Deborah Grace was brought back into my life. I helped her ma in delivery a few months back, and they asked me to be a ninang (godmother of sorts...). Lots of great stories from that day with Laura. SO fun.

Then somewhere in there we had an assignment that was supposed to be all creative and stuff... and for my art project I knit a little toque for my soon to be born nephew*(well at least I'm saying it's a boy but either is great :D)*.

One night Jenna and I happened upon my favorite buko stand... and that pretty much made my night. This place prepares them the most delectably of ANYWHERE in Davao... with so much jelly it makes me go crazy! YUM YUM YUM.

Celeste came for her six week check... Lionese was wearing the little outfit my parents bought for her when they were here... and a massive grin. She is such a doll! SO fun to watch baby's grow. So strange they come from inside us!

Ummm. Then some massive excitement. JAMIE BUM and her sis Annie came to visit *(they actually just left today:()* So grand having them here! wow. Much laughter... great conversation... and all that goes along with the company of old friends.

Ya. I think that is about all that is blog worthy updating. I am currently staying at some friend's house while they are back visiting the US/Canada. It is wonderful. It is peaceful. It is as if I'm living in a dream... I am blessed.

I trust there are many things in your life you can count as blessings as well:D.

Having you as my daughter is a huge blessing! That toque is so cute, I wish I could see it up close and admire all your creative work! How neat to see Celeste and Lyonese-what a smile. Sure wish I could see her up close and personal. You will have to hug her for me and tell Celeste I said hello and saw the picture. Hope to talk to you soon. The rest of this week is crazy with retreat prep and then we are also supposed to get an apartment painted. Loving flying crossing over to you. Mom
