Orient-tae-sion

Orientation... It feels like we have been here forever already, but I guess that is how things often feel when they are new. Hasn't even been a week yet though, they say... could that be for real? Wait a second... I was just informed that it has only been four days! OH MAN! This is strange!

Anyways... I hope this is not making any of you believe I feel this to be a horribly long drawn out ordeal... it just seems that we have done so much already! I guess that is what orientation times are all about... fitting every possible thing in real quick so you have a feel for your new life. And I'm loving it.

We have had fun adventures trampsing around the town, looking for steals of deals, a just exploring really. Today we went to this pool at this fancy pants hotel and totally got fried! I'm a radish... and so are several others! I guess next time we will bring sunscreen with us when we decide to got swimming at midday right next to the equator! Brilliant, I know!

Oh ya... and apparently the Philippines is the texting capitol of the world or something... so we all have to have cell phones... and it was super fun picking one out... funny how I didn't even really have a cell in "America" buy now when I am in a third world country it is a requirement! What a funny world... anyways... if any of you want to text me... or me to text you just email me and we can swap numbers! Heh, heh!!
